Hello everyone!
Today, I will be sharing my augmented reality worksheets and project material with you. My task was to create an augmented reality integrated material explaining a place abroad and guide students to explore it. I chose Italy. I used Canva to create the handout as it's really easy to use. I introduced some landmarks, a gallery and a carnival. I searched for the 3D videos or 360 videos for the places I have chosen. I found one video for each place and added their QR codes to my worksheets. I also asked 5 or 6 questions for the students to answer after watching 360 videos. I also added one fun fact for each place to make the handout more engaging. I used extra visuals to make the handout more visually appealing. Then, I created a project for the students to share what they have learned before. Students should plan a trip and write a letter to their friend to share their plan. I tought it would be a good idea as my handout looks like a travel brochure with its colors and overall design.
Well, it was fun finding the places to share with the students and organising the handout. I also had fun while searching for the fun facts as I also learned a lot in this process. With the augmented reality integration, the whole handout including the project part seems more appealing to students. It is a nice experience to see these places real-like with such ease.
Here, I will share my handout with you, and I hope you like it.
